TALENT SPOTLIGHT: DMV's Up-And-Coming Rapper Travis Ross

Ok, so I gotta show love to people who are from the DMV like me. So the 'DMV TALENT SPOTLIGHT' category is dedicated to those from the DMV (D.C., MD, or VA) that are up-and-coming music artists, writers, actors, or anyone who is making major moves trying to be successful. So, the first feature for the 'DMV Talent Spotlight' is Travis Ross, A.K.A. Neff. He's from Virginia, and his new album 'Ultimatum' is scheduled for release over the next few weeks. I've checked out his music, videos, promo (photos, etc), and I really think he's extremely talented and hardworking.
